food preservation and vacuum bags?
how effective are they for storing baked goods and keeping them fresh? a friend of mine is being deployed and I would like to be able to send him some baked goods via overnite-2 day air mail, and I would like for them to still be fresh without having to spend a lot of money on those vacuum seal machines. are the regular bags by ziploc just as good?

should be fine if 2 day air, they work great I use them all the time at home.
